Leticia Escoto- BSN, MD, MBA
Physician
Dr. Escoto was born in Mexico and immigrated to the Central Valley at the age of six. She attended Kingsburg High School, obtained her A.S. in Nursing from Fresno City, and later earned her BSN from California State University, Fresno. She worked as an ICU nurse for Fresno Community and later at Valley Medical Center before attending medical school. After earning her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Univeristy of Iowa College of Medicine, Dr. Escoto returned to the community where she was raised.
Since becoming a Physician, Dr. Escoto has practiced throughout the Central Valley from KMC (Kern Medical Center) in Bakersfield to Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center, working with several agencies in between.
Dr. Escoto has spent a majority of her career servicing patients in primary care, urgent care, and in recent years, emergency care. After 20 years of working for others, she is ready to build her own brand. Vitality Medical Spa Inc. is a culmination of her years of study, training, and experience, and she is excited to offer these treatments to her community.
All these experiences have led Dr. Escoto to her current journey of bringing these innovative therapies to you. Physician Assistant
Angela has been providing exceptional medical care to the Central Valley for over a decade. As a Physician Assistant in emergency medicine, she has dedicated her entire career to caring for patients in need of urgent care. Through her work, she discovered a true passion for supporting her patients’ overall well-being, including their aesthetic care.
Angela began studying medical aesthetics to help patients experiencing intimacy dysfunction, specializing in treatment therapies. She believes that when you look and feel your best, you are healthier and happier. This belief has futher inspired her journey in aesthetics, and she is excited to help you look and feel your best.
Helping people feel vitalized is the cornerstone of Angela’s practice. Angela is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences. Her holistic approach ensures that each patient experience unique. Whatever your concerns may be, she strives not only to address your symptoms, but also to improve your quality of life and help you feel confident in yourself.
