Leticia Escoto

Leticia Escoto- BSN, MD, MBA

Physician

Dr. Escoto was born in Mexico and immigrated to the Central Valley at the age of six. She attended Kingsburg High School, obtained her A.S. in Nursing from Fresno City and later earned her BSN from Fresno State. She worked as an ICU nurse for Fresno Community and later for Valley Medical Center before attending medical school. Dr. Escoto returned back to the community where she grew up after receiving her Medical Degree (MD) at the University of Iowa College of Medicine.

Since becoming a Physician, Dr. Escoto has practiced throughout our Valley from KMC (Kern Medical Center) in Bakersfield to Kaiser Permanente Fresno with several various agencies in between.

Dr. Escoto has spent a majority of her career servicing patients in primary care, Urgent Care, and in the past few years, emergency care. After 20 years of working for others, she is ready to create her own brand. Vitality Medical Spa Inc. is a culmination of her years of study, training and experience. She is excited to be able to offer these treatments to her community.

All these experiences have brought Dr. Escoto to her current journey to bring, to you, these new therapies. Angela has been providing exceptional medical services to the Central Valley for over a decade. Working as a Physician Assistant in emergency medicine, Angela has spent her entire career caring for patients in need of emergency care. While treating her patients, she discovered a true passion for her patients overall well-being along with their aesthetic care.

Angela began her study in medical aesthetics to help patients with Intimacy Dysfunction, specializing in treatment therapies. Angela believes if you look and feel your best you will be healthier and happier.  This brought Angela further on her journey in aesthetics and is excited to begin helping you to look good and feel better.
Making people feel vitalized is the cornerstone of her practice. Angela is a board certified Physician Assistant with a Masters in Medical Sciences. Her holistic approach makes each patient experience unique. Whatever your symptoms are, she strives to address not only your symptoms but improve your quality of life and make you feel good about yourself.
